This place is a complete disaster. I’m sick of this clinic and their absolute failure to respect people’s time. Every time I come here, I end up sitting around for over an hour and not once have the staff bothered to explain why or even pretend to care. People who walk in after me get called in first, while I just sit there like an idiot waiting for nothing. The front desk staff have the most careless, useless attitude. I just got off the phone with the receptionist at the front desk, and her attitude was absolutely appalling. The way she answered the phone was blunt and unwelcoming—no greeting, just “plus one.” What happened to a simple “hi” or “hello”? Her tone was horrendous, and she came across as unorganised and unprofessional. It felt as though she thought she was doing me a favour by answering the phone. I've had a great experience at this medical centre. The doctors here are not only professional but also genuinely kind and caring. They take the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make you feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. The staff are friendly, and the environment is clean and welcoming. It's reassuring to know I’m in such good hands I truly appreciate the care and attention I’ve received here.
