I would like to clarify a few points regarding your response to my review. My review was not about my father not having an appointment, having to wait, or his usual doctor being unavailable. My father was fully aware that his doctor was not there, and he asked about other doctors who could see him and provide the referral he needed. The front desk staff need better training and support. Unfortunately, my experience has been consistently disappointing. Phone calls are often not answered professionally, and the level of customer service and communication is poor. When I ask questions, I frequently receive responses such as, “I don’t know,” without any attempt to find the correct information. I am very disappointed with my experience at this medical centre. The staff were unprofessional, unfriendly, and showed little concern for patients. I would not recommend it and hope management addresses these issues to improve patient care.
