I just got off the phone with the receptionist at the front desk, and her attitude was absolutely appalling. The way she answered the phone was blunt and unwelcoming—no greeting, just “plus one.” What happened to a simple “hi” or “hello”? Her tone was horrendous, and she came across as unorganised and unprofessional. It felt as though she thought she was doing me a favour by answering the phone. I've had a great experience at this medical centre. The doctors here are not only professional but also genuinely kind and caring. They take the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make you feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. The staff are friendly, and the environment is clean and welcoming. It's reassuring to know I’m in such good hands I truly appreciate the care and attention I’ve received here.
The receptionist very very rude to the patients they always talking with disrespect and that's very disappointing. One of the patient has a baby and the baby was winging as normal baby and the receptionist was super rude to the mum and asked her to go out because it may bother the doctors, like what the hell!! It was raining and cold outside. And it is not first time they been rude it is just like always which is not fair. They should respect.
