Very generous customer warranty policy and great customer service. I have received poor service and no-return policies at stores like W****** and T*****. The products sold by Plunder are boutique style, very nice quality, at department store prices. Work with your Stylist first for an issue as you are supporting her business.
The company is terrible with lackluster customer service and mediocre products. It took 2 months for them to notify me of an issue with a purchase and 9 emails later, they implied it was all my fault. They have no control over their website and are now using my daughter's name on my correspondence. Both billing and shipping address are the same regardless of how it is entered. This was a nightmare. If I worked full time, I could not have dealt with them.

This Company not only has good quality jewelry at affordable prices but also cares about their customers and stylists. The customer service team is always willing to help out any way they can. And my stylist has really helped me step out of my shell and let my personality shine through my jewelry.

I am a proud plunder stylist! I have only been with the company for a few months and I have to say that any issue my customers or I have had have been resolved very promptly and with such kindness. I even received a very nice card in the mail from a customer relations rep after an interaction we had a few days prior. They have top notch customer and stylist support. My up line is the absolute sweetest as well. Wonderful company with an amazing culture!
