My Stella was supposed to have surgery this morning and my husband came back extremely upset as they were very unprofessional and were focused on charges over actual care. Yes, my husband and I decided she would be a DNR as she is 9 and already had multiple surgeries since the age of 4 months. As a Registered Nurse I would never bring up charges to any patient/family and find this ridiculous. Why think the reason we made her a DNR was monetary. Brought my Yorkie, Caesar, for teeth cleaning and had to write this review bc Dr Plummer and his staff are awesome. Vet techs Brittany and Eileen were exceptional and friendly. I didn’t talk to Zach but he also was on the team. I give them an A+++ Thank you!!!!
