To provide some feedback on my extreme displeasure w/ Plumbtile customer service, below is are the inputs I received each time I tried to obtain an order status / delivery estimate: * ~1 week after ordering, I emailed asking if a shipping date/estimate could be provided. I wish there was a lower score to give to this company. I ordered a faucet from them only to arrive 25 day later. By then our project was over and I wanted to return it. It took me 5 phone calls and over 60 min on the phone to get the return approval. I spend also numerous calls and time trying to waive the shipping fees and restocking fees as the product was never opened and the delay was on them. Scam. They advertised a product at a price, I purchased it, they charged my account and card, then decided they wanted more money. Then they had the audacity to ask ME to cancel the order. I refused. They canceled it. I could have enforced the contract but sunlight is the best disinfectant. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS WHO DON'T HONOR THEIR OWN ADVERTISED AND SOLD-AT PRICE. SHAMEFUL.

Unbelievably bad customer service - it seems that time moves at a different speed for them. I've been waiting months for my items, after the wrong item was ordered due to an error with their website listing (that they didn't correct after learning of the error). I'll never order another thing from this company.

PlumbTile is wasting my time and money. I ordered a pair faucet trims on line. They called and suggested that I change my order to anther model, because the model I asked for was at least four months out. I didn't like any of the other models, so I reluctantly agreed to the delay. But within a few hours, I realized that I could not afford that delay. Extremely unresponsive company with fairly rude staff. it's impossible to listen to fairly lame excuses why things they said before were simply not true and how it is not their fault that everything is late. All this communicated in a rude way with quite some attitude. Never been this frustrated with any other vendor on this job. At the end, when it became obvious they were just dragging along and i needed to order things elsewhere, i asked to cancel the order.
