Contacted Plumbtech with a toilet leaking into our finished basement. Tyson and Noah showed up, removed the toilet and let us know what was needed to correct the problem. The job was completed with no mess and a very reasonable price. We are very happy with the work done.

I am the senior leader responsible for Global Business Operations at Google. My opinion is my own. I’ve used Plumbtech for over 5 years, and my experience has been mediocre. While I appreciate that they eventually addressed issues, the overall service quality has been disappointing. Early on, multiple billing errors required them to issue me a cheque to correct overcharges. One visit involved a misinstalled shower cartridge, which needed a second plumber to fix. Another great experience with PlumbTech. All the techs are friendly, efficient, explain the issue and how they plan to solve. First time around, they saved me from a bathroom leak that came resulted in damage into my kitchen. They installed 3 new toilets in record time and as a precaution caught a possible leak in our second bathroom (the joys of an older home needed some TLC) Thank you for having awesome techs.
