I've had a hopeless situation of not having water at my house for over a day. My landlord alongside my property management didn't even bother sending anyone to check it blaming frozen pipes leaving me helplessly waiting for a miracle. I've called Plumbtech, an awesome plumber came over within 20 minutes (unfortunately didnt ask for his name). He did his best to identify the issue while trying to thaw the frozen pipe. Noah did an amazing job repairing a frozen pipe! He arrived on time and worked very fast, even dealing with the town crew to get the water shut off and turned back on. Very happy with the job Noah did, he communicated what he fixed very clearly and went above and beyond by walking us through next steps and ways to avoid future problems. A+ Would recommend
