This was my first experience with Zachary and Laura after having read several very positive recommendations on Facebook groups. Very nice people to work with and no huge upsell pressure about replacement. Zachary explained the problem and repaired it after making a trip for parts. The price was fair and reasonable. I have a few other jobs on other houses that I will call them for. For now, I have found my new plumbing company to use.
Terrific small family company... my favorite kind. Responsive, reliable. personable, punctual, communicative and conscientious. Zach and Laura make an amazing synergistic team and have been invaluable in rehabilitating the 77 year old plumbing in my son's post war (1948) house, and will continue to be (we're not done yet!) We had the most wonderful experience dealing with Zach and Laura with Plumbtastic Solutions!! They were so professional, timely, communicative, and efficient!! Before they entered our home they put on footies and Laura’s exact statement was, “we want to treat your home as if it was our own” and they did that exactly, which is a top level of customer service that I completely appreciated as a homeowner and it’s those kind of things that make them stand out from many!! Zach and Laura are great! Very professional, responsive, and friendly. I've only worked with them a couple of times, and they were able to quickly diagnose the issues and fix them right away. It really helps that everyone in my community recommends them and they had been in my unit before I lived there! I won't hesitate to call them again!
From the friendly customer service to the excellent work, we couldn’t have been happier with our decision to call Plumbtastic. Our house is only two years old, but I can honestly say that our plumbing is better now than when we first moved in. If you are having any plumbing issues, I would highly recommend Plumbtastic!
