Alex did a fantastic job fixing a multitude of plumbing issues in my home that were causing excessive water usage. He was professional, showed expertise, and fixed everything perfectly. Great pricing compared to other companies. I will definitely call on them again if needed and refer PlumbSmart and Alex to my friends and neighbors.

Kept pestering me and calling multiple times (never a good sign). Finally gave them a chance to provide a bid since they were so insistent. Insanely high bid, 4 times higher than another bid from a local gas company. Over $6,000 to lay a 60’ gas line outside? For relatively cheap materials and maximum 1 day of labor. Then they want another $5,000 on top if they provide the 2’ deep trench too - that’s almost $100/foot. Once again this is 4x the going rate. Insanity.

Billy came out and fixed our plumbing issue in no time. We appreciate his kind and courteous manner as well as his professionalism and cleanliness with what can be a very messy job! Would definitely recommend.

Billy and alex are the best! They helped me find a whole home filtration system and reverse osmosis. They were super informative, wore booties and used rugs to protect my floors. Now I’m looking at a tankless water heater for an upgrade so I can have endless hot water. Very reasonably priced compared to others in the springs.

Alex and Billy were very professional, courteous and friendly. Alex pinpointed our water leak problem even after we had another plumber who didn't fix it correctly. We needed a water heater replaced as well. All was scheduled and completed on time. Thanks guys.
