After 20 plus years of giving Pwo my money they refused to return a toilet because it was opened and out of the box. And according to them scratched and had wax on it. Keep in mind the mgr. 🙄 Bobby Garcia said this all over the phone. I have witness these people act as if they are above their customers and employees, I will no longer give them my business. I’m going up the street to Azusa pipe and supply. Thanks for the terrible customer service guys.
