Why doesn’t the company belong to the Better Business Bureau BBB??
This company was by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I was referred to Plumbing Troopers but United Water Restoration who was called to "dry out" my kitchen and remove my cabinets/walls after a leak in the wall. It has been 27 days since this company was called out and I still do not have water to my kitchen and there is 4 GIANT holes in the concrete wall that leave my home open to the backyard, that the company is not fixing even though it was part of the proposal that they billed to my home owners insurance.
