They spent the time explaing what the problem was and how to avoid it. They also repaired things and didn't even charge me. I cannot recommend them enough. I'll be a lifetime customer. Extremely unprofessional. I called them for a simple drain cleaning, and not only did the technician take longer than expected, but he also left my kitchen a mess. The drain is still clogged, and now I’m dealing with the aftermath of a rushed job. I won’t be using them again.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I called them to ask about the repair warranty, and the person on the phone was rude and dismissive. The technician who showed up was disorganized and didn’t clean up after himself. Overall, a very frustrating experience.
