My home warranty company assigned Economic Plumbing when my hot water heater stopped working. AMAZING service!!! After they were assigned, I called Economic Plumbing at around 9 AM and they said they'd have someone come to my home between noon and 4 PM. Anthony and Daniel called ahead and showed up at 1130 AM. NIGHTMARE start to - wait - it never got finished. After ignoring the warranty co's dispatch and my calls all day, near COB they sent a couple kids who then wouldn't do the job. They called it out of scope (which I've been told in the past that it wasn't) leaving me at COB and SOL.
