Jake was great at setting me up with David. David was at the house quickly, he was professional and articulate about the issue we were having. He was in and out in less then 2 hours. We will definitely use Plumbing Plus again, hopefully we can secure David's help again if we need again.
David Aviles and Kyle did a great job fixing our initial concerns, replacement of old hose bibs, and also addressed other plumbing needs. I appreciated their comprehensive home assessment, education about preventive maintenance, and dialog to prioritize our needs. While making the repairs, David did a great job of explaining the work he was doing. We've been Plumbing Plus customers for nearly 20 years and today's great service is standard for the course.
I contacted Plumbing Plus because our tankless water heater was throwing intermittent codes & not heating. They were able to fit us in within 2 days, which was great. Jake called when he was on the way, and was able to work around my kids school schedule, which I really appreciated. Jake was on time & was able to resolve the issue for us in a timely fashion. David and his apprentice Cole came to remove my leaking tankless water heater and replace it with a new unit. He also installed a flowtech device to assist with my hard water here in Poway. He made sure to recheck his work for leaks and cleaned up after himself. Took off one star for pricing and their failure to wear shoe covers in my house.
Jake and Cole were amazing, very professional and very friendly. They handled my leak which happened overnight in the ceiling with efficiency. They gave me several options for repair but weren't pushy or high pressure at all. They wore shoe covers and cleaned up the space when they were done. I will definitely recommend my friends to plumbing plus based on my experience.
