Jake was very friendly, efficient and thorough. We felt very confident he completed the job using his expertise and knowledge.
They were on time and the tech was very nice. But the quote for the install whoa talk about overpriced!!! This was the 3rd quote I received so we had a general idea of cost. My two other quotes from local licensed plumbers were for $700 and $800. This company wanted to charge $1800+ that seems a little crazy to me. I’d go elsewhere for sure!
Martin came out to replace the anode rod in our water heater. Super professional and great communication as the appointment had to be pushed back and they kept us informed the whole time. He also checked plumbing in the rest of our house and happily said it's in "good shape"! No high pressure sales, just good solid skills. Appreciate!
