I needed help with my old kitchen faucet's constant leak. I was able to remove it from the sink, but there were no markings on it to identify what brand or model, so I called the shop and they told me to bring it over. The older gentleman (with goatee ) at the store's front counter took one look, said he'd be right back, brought out two stem assemblies and proceeded to take the decades old stems out, put the new ones in and reorient the hot side valve to work properly and handed back intact. This is a good local store to shop for plumbing items for the home. The staff if very helpful and they walked me thru all the options that I could consider before making a decision on what products to buy. Their prices are very reasonable and comparable to other local stores and online.

I came here because I like to support local, and not big HD or L stores. I needed a new canister valve for my toilet. I still work with my dad who is a plumber so I don’t understand why we have these stupid things instead of the classic flappers. But I read that it gives it 360° flush so more power OK I’ll stick with that. I brought the main canister piece with me in pictures of the inside of the tank.
