Talked with slightly rude guy on the phone. It seems they only have parts for one brand which is fine, they could have just as easily said that.
Nice man repaired my Kohler controller while I waited. Price seemed reasonable considering the cost to replace it and didn't try to sell other parts I didn't need.
The employees are incredibly knowledgeable and are very helpful
Top notch place as a plumber i rely on these guys whenever I'm unsure of a part, they usually always have what I need
