Dakota came out for a drain issue and Donny came to inspect some other plumbing issues in the house. Dakota was very knowledgeable about the situation and also helped by tracing the drain line to help pinpoint its underground path. Donny was very thorough and informative about his inspection and was able to give us some peace of mind regarding our situation. Both were very nice and helpful and I would recommend using their services.
My island vent is the reason my kitchen sink drain is backing up, the technician only rodded the drain, didn't even remove the vent side clean out. My sink never drained correctly, no swirl. Just gave him $360 as a participation prize, wow thanks for the extra effort. AAV are cheater vents, why would you cut apart a good loop vent in a million dollar house and install a part prone for failure. Another case of do the work yourself if you want it done right.
Timely and knowledgeable
Called the plumbing paramedics for an estimate on two separate plumbing problems. Tobias showed up and I explained my problems to him. After he inspected the problems, he informed men a clear, concise manner of what was to be done to solve the problems.
So happy with Plumbing Paramedics. My sump pump was under warranty and it was replaced free of charge. Wonderful people to work with.
