It was great working with Plumbing Paramedics. Kristi in the office was very nice and Austin came right over and respected my home, worked quickly and solved the problem. I will definitely work with them again.
Came shortly after I called. Austin was professional and efficient. He respected our home and property. He explained why we were having issues with our toilet and made several suggestion to avoid the problem in the future. We decided to act upon one of his suggestions, and will be hiring Austin to install a proper new toilet.
The guy did a great job. This company needs to expand outside of just plumbing. Like heating and cooling.
The technician that came out was very professional and explained what he was doing as he worked. I would recommend Dakota for my plumbing needs . I did feel the first quote was too high . I offered to dig the 10 foot trench myself and was able to save A thousand dollars. I really felt to charge $3700.00 . Dollars to dig a 3 foot deep by 10 foot length trench to replace a section of 4 inch pipe was quite expensive. I'm 70 years old and I dug it out in 7 hours with some much needed breaks in between.
