We recently had our water heater replaced by Marcus and Joshua, and they did an outstanding job. Before the appointment, the company sent a text message with photos showing which technicians would be coming. It was very reassuring and showed that they truly care about customers’ safety and communication. Our water heater is located in the attic, and the access is quite narrow, so we were worried about how the replacement would go. Excellent service!!! I absolutely recommend anyone with plumbing issues to use this company. They went above and beyond, from time, to allowing me to send pictures ahead of time so they knew what parts to purchase. The plumber Calvin was amazing. He was kind, helpful, quick and professional.

Plumbing Paramedics did a great job, and Joshua Taylor was excellent. He quickly diagnosed my water leak as a bad backflow preventer, explained everything clearly, stopped the leak, and came back another day to replace the unit efficiently. Joshua was friendly, courteous, and professional throughout. Highly recommend both him and Plumbing Paramedics.

We were finishing an update to our primary ben suite, and needed a new bathtub we'd purchased installed. We spoke with several companies, but many of them would only install if we bought the tub from them! Fortunately, that was not the case with Plumbing Paramedics. They were a pleasure to work with, very reasonably priced, and did a wonderful job. We highly recommend Marcus and Josh for any of your plumbing needs.

Kids cause a water leak issue and Plumbing Paramedics was the fastest at coming out to diagnose. In those conversations decided to do some additional work that I'd been putting off, and they were fast and very reasonable about scheduling that work as well. Marcus was the tech each time and was fantastic, work was done quickly, at a fair price and top quality!
