Excellent service!!! I absolutely recommend anyone with plumbing issues to use this company. They went above and beyond, from time, to allowing me to send pictures ahead of time so they knew what parts to purchase. The plumber Calvin was amazing. He was kind, helpful, quick and professional.

Plumbing Paramedics did a great job, and Joshua Taylor was excellent. He quickly diagnosed my water leak as a bad backflow preventer, explained everything clearly, stopped the leak, and came back another day to replace the unit efficiently. Joshua was friendly, courteous, and professional throughout. Highly recommend both him and Plumbing Paramedics.

We recently had our water heater replaced by Marcus and Joshua, and they did an outstanding job. Before the appointment, the company sent a text message with photos showing which technicians would be coming. It was very reassuring and showed that they truly care about customers’ safety and communication. We had a great experience. Calvin was knowledgeable, personable and capable. He was able to assess a difficult issue and recommend both a satisfactory repair and outcome but also have sound advice and recommendations for avoiding future issues regarding the plumbing system outside of our home. The repair was major and expensive but we got other estimates and it was a fair, reasonable and competitive price. It was well worth the expense and we would definitely use Plumbing Paramedics (annd Calvin) again.

Saturday I was in a jam with a punctured pex pipe, hudden behind a wall, small space, that I tried to fix but didnt seat the coupler good enough. Water was shut off already so I finally threw in the towel and called Plumbing Paramedics. Joshua was on time, professional, personable, kind and fixed the pipe pretty quickly. Great job. I would definitely use them again.
