I placed an order that was left in "Preparing these items for shipping" for nearly a month. I called customer service multiple times after three weeks and they were unable to get their fulfillment team to respond to the inquiry. The cancellation process was a bit of a hassle and took multiple days, presumably waiting on the same team to confirm that they hadn't magically shipped the item after weeks of nothing. To say this was frustrating is an understatement.
DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!! I bought an item from them and the shipping said 2 months. So I contacted them to cancel the order. They told me the order was canceled and that I would be refunded. I was never refunded and I recieved the item 2 months later. Now If I return the item they are only going to refund me $40 of the $80.
If there were an option to give zero stars, I would give this company minus ten. I placed my order on March 7 with a promised delivery timeframe of 4–6 weeks. It has now been 12 weeks, and I still have not received my order or any meaningful update. Over the past several weeks, I have contacted customer service multiple times by phone and email. Run. Flee. Avoid like the plague. I ordered a tub. The listed ship date passed, so I called to check on the order. They said, "It's complete, it's packed, it will ship in 2 weeks." Huh? So I followed up in 2 weeks and it still hadn't shipped, and got the run-around, "The 2 weeks was an estimate." I pressed and pressed for a definite ship date but did not receive one. Ordered a shower/bath diverter, shower trim, shower arm, and shower head. All Newport Brass in Matte White. It’s been 60 days can’t get updates over the phone. Can’t get them to respond to email. I contacted Newport Brass directly and they have multiple of these items in stock ready to ship. What is going on? This was a $2k order
