Ordered a faucet and got a notification it was back ordered and would take over a month to be delivered. Wrote 3 separate times to cancel the order and did not get a response until over a week later right when it shipped. Did not open the package and asked for a return. They are trying to stick me with a $155 restocking fee- when I called to ask about waiving the fee, they HUNG UP ON ME. When I emailed again, they still haven’t responded. Better business bureau needs to shut them down.

I bought a faucet for my Instant Hot water unit and when my plumber started to install it we found that it was the wrong unit ( I was the one who picked out the faucet). Any way I returned it to them and got a reduced refund. Then I bought the complete unit (faucet & heater) and installed it, but found it to be defective. Contacted Plumbing Overstock and they sent me a new unit that now works fine. So I am happy with them.

Absolutely unacceptable experience with Plumbing Overstock. I placed an order with no indication that the item was custom-made or non-cancelable. Only after the purchase was complete did they reveal an extended lead time—something any reputable business would disclose up front. Their return policy also makes no mention of the manufacturer being non-returnable, yet they’re now retroactively enforcing stricter terms.
