The worst vendor experience here in 20 years. Serviceman did not want to check a leaky facet. So he made an excuse for the leak. It is still leaking. He also didn’t want to tighten the handle on my kitchen faucet..he did want to sell me a new faucet at about twice the identical unit at Home Depot. Never calling this company again. Not an honest firm.
Marco came out, diagnosed and fix the problem right away. He was kind and courteous and respectful. He went above and beyond his duty. He is an asset to your company and deserves a raise.
