Manny was the technician. He was very friendly and informative. He was meticulous during the ventilation desanitizing process. Additionally, he put a lot of extra effort cleaning dark stains, in a popcorn ceiling, around the vents. The difference he made was admirable. Thanks Manny!

Avoid Plumbing and Cooling Nerds. A prior 5-star review was entered under my name which I did not write! Please read… I fell for a classic “bait and switch.” I used the Nerds for two prior jobs, including a home re-pipe and a tankless water heater in a prior home, so I was confident they were the team for me. I called them for evaluation of sewer gas smell, which most likely required a jetting of the outflow pipe to the street.
