Katie the executive assistant, was so friendly and helpful, she kept us updated as to when we would expect our plumber to arrive. Our plumber David was AMAZING!! Very informative letting us know where the leak was and how much the repair would be. Quick in and out the leak is fixed and now I can relax knowing hot water is no longer leaking in my home. Thank you so much Plumbing Matters! You guys are the best! I will recommend you to all my friends and family!

I found water in my garage, and found out my toddlers wall had a leak in it near the water heater. Calling around to other plumbers I was told the earliest appointment was 4 days from now due to hunting season. A friend told me to call plumbing matters, and they came out right by away, same day! The plumber was professional, efficient, and informative. The pricing was very reasonable for work in the evening on a Friday. I highly recommend this company based off my experience tonight!
I want to give a great big thank you to David Delgado(master plumber) with Plumbing Matters. We had out of town family staying overnight last night when about 10:45pm I detected a foul odor coming from our guest bathroom. I went in and realized both toilet and bathtub were backed up with sewage. I went to retrieve the plunger out of our master bathroom.
