I have had a professional relationship with Heavy Plumbing for many years. Even before their work begins, I know they are taking all of the necessary precautions to protect the tenants and owners of potential exposure hazards of opening the walls. Staff has always been professional and on top of things, and I have no doubt this carries over into their re-pipe jobs as well.

ZERO STARS. High quality plumbing more like highly likely the cheapest plumber in the city. And cheap gets you exactly what you paid for which in my case is people running around my apartment with nasty boots stepping all over my bathmats, towels and NEVER communicating with me about it. Leaving a mess for me to clean up after them. Do not use this service if you want respectable people doing the plumbing, cause respectable they ain't!
