We had an absolute horrible experience with them! We were directed to them through our HSA warranty unfortunately and things went very poorly from the start. We had a leak in our bathroom showed on the ceiling in our kitchen. The first time they came they simply circled the wet spot and told us to call again if it grew any larger and we were charged for that.
