Pretty disappointed with my experience. Immediately after the technician flushed my hot water heater, my home’s hot water stopped working as it used to — now it takes about a minute to heat up, whereas before it was instantaneous. The company then quoted me $1,200 to repair the recirculation pump, which had been working fine prior to their service. Tim was the utmost kind & professional as one would want for a plumber. The quote/price to hook up the new water rank & ventilation made my head spin. Not the tank itself. We already put a new one in place, so just to connect to existing plumbing & make a height adjustment to ventilation was just too costly to justify. Found another licensed plumber that completed the job for less than half what was quoted.
