DO NOT USE this company!! Especially for clogged lines. I called them because my kitchen sink was backed up. They charged me $330 to clear the line. I followed their instructions but 1 week later the sink clogged again. It was at this point that they informed me that they only "warranty" their work for clogged lines for 24 hours. Their plumber when he arrived at my house, offered to camera the line (more money) or to snake it again for a discounted $250.....one week later. We had an issue with a new remodel shower drain blocked. We learned about Plumbing Experts from a coupon add. Scheduling the visit took 1 minute. For the job visit, Jean and Wayne came in and fixed the problem right away. They were very professional, hard working and on time. Highly recommend their services.

I had a leak in my house and called this company since I couldn’t get anyone I knew immediately. On the call, they informed me that their leak detection service starts at $199 and goes up to $499, even though I already knew the location of the leak. The representative insisted that their “plumbing expert” needed to assess it. The plumber arrived on time, but despite me pointing out the leak, he insisted on inspecting the entire line. Absolute Rip off ! Do not believe the so called coupons they send out, as they just jack up the end price anyway. Charged me $349. For 1 simple Water Valve replacement. Stay far away from these Crooks!
