I had a leak in my house and called this company since I couldn’t get anyone I knew immediately. On the call, they informed me that their leak detection service starts at $199 and goes up to $499 (just to detect), even though I already knew the location of the leak. The representative insisted that their “plumbing expert” needed to assess it. The plumber arrived on time, but despite me pointing out the leak, he insisted on inspecting the entire line. When they showed up to my property the driver n the helper were fighting each other over something I didn't know because they were speaking in another language and the lead technician could hardly speak English. They used a huge mechanical snake to try to declog a PVC pipe.#amateurs
