great service – The owner of Plumbing Doctors has always been responsive and helpful. I trust him to work in the house when I'm not there and he always solves our plumbing problems. Would definitely recommend.

NICE GUY questionable knowledge in plumbing – Person was prompt to return call and very friendly. However, I contacted this customer to solve my problem with my water heater in a timely mater. He only corrected half of the issue with my water heater. And didn't run any test to see if something else was wrong with it before he left. ($$- for a second call for someone else to fix it right) FYI-Charges hourly including the time it takes to go get the part. Quick Response / Professional Quality Service – We have used Plumbing Doctor a couple of times at our home for various repairs. They are extremely responsive to my phone calls and immediately visit my home to help me resolve our plumbing issues. They inspect the problems areas and provide a detailed report and the corrections required to repair the problem. Skilled Plumber, Great Service! – We had Plumbing Doctors install 2 new water heaters. They did an excellent job and were able to quickly resolve an issue when they discovered an existing problem that may have been harmful to our family. We have since used them at other times for various issues. They always respond quickly and are very reliable. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!

911 Plumbing Doctor Call – My wife and I experienced a valve that would not shut off and so we called this company immediately. A man named Bill came over right away. Within no time he replaced the part and had the problem fixed like new. This is the type of service we have come to expect from Plumbing Doctors. The rates have been very reasonable too. Now if we could just get our medical doctors to be this responsive and thorough, we'll have it made!

Great Plumber! – I was very pleased with Plumbing Doctors. They came out promptly when called and were very friendly. The fixed my toilet quickly and were very professional throughout. I would definitely recommend them.

plumbing doctors – At 9:30 a.m. I contacted Bill and told him we had a toilet that wont quit running and needs to be replaced. By 3:00 p.m. new toilet purchased by "Plumbing Doctors/Bill", old toilet removed, new toilet installed, job done. The quick response and service is something you just don't see much anymore. This is the third time I've used Bill's services with the same satisfaction every time.

Quick, Great Service – We have used Plumbing Doctors on several occasions. Each time he was very quick to respond and provided excellent service. Some were small jobs and some big. He has come in the middle of the night to fix a broken pipe in my basement as well as an exploded water heater. Obviously both were emergency situations for me and could have caused a lot of damage.
