With so many options to buy kitchen hardware and those companies offer free shipping and free returns it's very surprising PDI charges shipping and a 20 % restocking fee. It would've been nice to know the 20% restocking fee before I ordered from you. I'll take my business elsewhere
I went into the Lawrenceville showroom on a Saturday to buy a bunch of items for my whole house remodel. I signed in at 1:49pm and browsed the showroom until a salesperson could help me. Fair selection. Seemed a bit pricey. There are No prices on most items, so I had to wait. At 2:51, sales person finally says she is ready, but they are closing at 3:00, so I needed to come back. Really! What a waste of time and a foolish set up. I need to buy about $20k in products and I will never go back to PDI. Horrible! Horrible! Horribl... read more

I am a designer and have worked with Beth Gross on many projects. Her knowledge and expertise has really been helpful when collaborating on a project. She has a great eye and is fabulous at helping put together the perfect selections needed for the job. The customer service that she offers to my clients as well as to me has been top notch.
