Our Rheem tankless water heater had a leak and thank goodness it was still under warranty. I looked at several Rheem approved plumbers (I’m a buyer so I tend to do a lot of research and love to negotiate). Plumbing Concepts was not only very competitive, but professional, easy to work with and quick. Martin H. is super friendly, too!

Very unprofessional business. The staff was unfriendly. Service took too long. They did not solve the problem. Quality was very low. Very poor customer care. Disappointed with everything. Not recommended.

Bad service from start to finish. Staff was careless and slow. Customer needs were ignored. Very poor communication. Work quality was not good. Place needs improvement. Very unhappy visit. One star review.

Very disappointing business service. Staff was not trained properly. They were careless with customers. Service quality was very poor. Too much waiting time. No professionalism at all. Completely unhappy. One star only.
