Plumbing store from Hell – On a scale from 1-10, 10 being great and 1 being bad this place gets a -20. The service is bad and they have horrible customer service. The store looks like a big junk yard and the employes look as if they would rather kick you out of the store than help you. The Items they have are WAY over priced and they will not accept returns unless you never opened or looked at the item directly. Avoid this place. You are better of going to Home Depot (that says alot) or some other plumbing store.
How a hardware store should be. – Each time I called they were polite and helpful. They did a special order for me and went beyond average service, in my opinion, during the sale.
