I woke up to a major back up in the sewer line, this is definitely not my field of expertise so I called these guys up right away and they came out in 1.5 hours to my home in Seattle. These guys were amazing!! Super professional and friendly. So lucky to have called these guys up first. They were able to fix my problem and save us from freezing. I'm a happy camper now and would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality water heater installation at a fair price.
From start to finish, this was the best repair experience I have ever had. The help was amazing on the phone, kind, responsive and totally on it. They came out the next day and I was blown away by their professionalism. Very very fair, found a different issue than they came out for, and didn't charge us for original problem. They gave us referrals for the other issue. These people care about creating an honest business with happy customers.
