I woke up to my water filter leaking and I was unable to fix it so I called a few Plumbing companies, some calls went to voice mail, another could not come out for 3 days, I couldn’t wait that long. I called Plumbing Care Inc and the answering service took my information and I was called back within 5 minutes. My bathtub sprung a leak, and I did not know how to shut off the faucet. Keith was very helpful, friendly, and immediately knew where the problem was. Resolved my issue without any trouble and even gave me recommendations on how to prevent the problem going forward. Very understanding and very quick to respond. So so thankful that I don’t have a flooded bathroom, cannot recommend enough!!

Carlos was quick to diagnose and fixed the problem. Our flange was clearly super degraded, it was crumbling, and he showed up, set a plan, got the part, fixed it, reassembled everything in working order, cleaned up and was done in an hour and a half. Incredible. Will be calling this company again if we ever need more plumbing done.
