The service provided by Dimitry was amazing since not only did he fix the leak in the stand up shower by changing the cartridge (without having to access the valve from the wall opposite) but he also provided a fix to the house regulator that will prevent future leaks in other areas of the house due to excessive pressure from a worn out regulator. Yes, they came on time, talked with us, helped us with a clog causing a backup flood. They cleaned stains on our floor before putting the seal back on the toilet and went back and swiped the caulking better for me.
We contacted Plumbing Care regarding an issue with our water heater, and Alvictor did an outstanding job identifying the root cause and resolving it. Although our initial troubleshooting suggested something different, Alvictor quickly diagnosed the real issue and ensured the replacement was completed as soon as possible.
