I had been searching for a part for my kitchen faucet and decided I needed a professional. I found PSC in Arlington and saw a gentleman by the name of Julian. I explained my problem and he searched to see what it was that I needed. Although they didn't have the part I needed, he wrote everythig down for me and explained where to go to find it. They will be my "GO TO" plumbing supply store in the future. Extremely professional, courteous and very helpful. Thanks Julian !!!
Shout out to Julian at Plumbers' Supply Co. in Arlington. He helped me out of a jam this morning when I made a last-minute change to use 3/4" piping and needed to get new pipes and fittings. When a fitting I wanted didn't exist, he figured out a workaround on the spot. Many thanks to everyone there for their help and patience.
I broke a plastic peace of hardware install kit for Insinkerator during install. On the Internet it was almost $20 with shipping and 5 days delivery time. In the store they found me one for $5 and I was done same day. No other store carried this piece. Thank you!
