The Arlington crew is amazing! Since new management they’ve taken care of my family business for years now. They have everything we are looking for in a timely manner. We both couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommend!
The people working at this store are most miserable group ever. I’d rather go to Home Depot than this place.
Go anywhere else. They're all very rude and I think only one of them actually knows anything about plumbing. Everyone else just gets confused and defers to him. Other reviews say it's for professionals only, but there's other places for professionals that are better. Take the trip to Ferguson Plumbing Supply in Burlington or Republic Supply in Waltham
I have been going to this store for many years and they have never let me down. This is a store for pros, it's ok to be an amateur (like me) but avoid showing up at peak times. Do some homework before you show up so you can ask intelligent questions. For my latest project I had to replace a VINTAGE bathroom sink faucet. Don't even try to go to Home Depot for that!
