I live in upstate NY and tried using Plumber on Call once. I will never do it again. This was definitely one of the worst service issues I have ever been through. To begin, they were over 3 hours late. Next, the plumber diagnosed the issue and said he had to go get some parts. 30 minutes later he returned only to state he misdiagnosed the issue again and needed more parts.
