Untrustworthy and dishonest. They told me my outside tankless water heater couldn’t be repaired and I would get a top-of-the-line replacement with installation for $3,500. Even for that money, they told me the controller unit was an additional option, although the box clearly stated it was included! After much complaining, they miraculously appeared with one the following day.
