I had a rude and unacceptable customer service experience with the Owner and President, bordering on harassment and bullying. Got them through Fidelity Home Warranty! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Just request another plumber if they refer you to Plumber by Trade - SERIOUSLY! In addition, I had to constantly call them to get updates on ordered items and schedule.
