A technical staff member of "The Fireplace Shop" team (in Gaithersburg, MD) gave us the name of "Plumbed to Perfection" when we were looking to replace our existing gas fireplace service provider.. This delightful husband and wife team (Jim and Nikki Barrett) "Plumbed To Perfection", came to our home early yesterday morning (Feb 14, '13). I had earlier alerted them to the fact that we understood the gas pilot light assembly was damaged and would have to be replaced. Wasting no time, having first removed their shoes!, they skilfully, carefully and thoroughly cleaned and repaired the fireplace - pointing out the damage caused by previous improper log placement. At the same time, they offered helpful advice for proper usage and maintenance of the fireplace. The cost for the service and repair was fair and reasonable; and we would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and neighbours, and indeed to anyone who is looking for a first class, trustworthy, plumbing company.
