Update on my previous review 5 months ago....Just to let everyone know if you were ripped off by PlumbDOG Plumbing and their Director / owner like we were and they have taken your hard-earned money from you but delivered nothing then dispute the transaction with your bank, particularly if you paid them using a credit card. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!. On 6 September 2023 we had a Plumber (Mike) from Plumbdog Plumbing attend our residence to replace a cold water relief valve. Replaced by apprentice and 10 minute cost $477 (extremely expensive). Then she was advised we needed a new Rheem Stellar 330 hot water system as ours was ruined and sould cease working.
