Be very careful with this company. I called about a leak and was told the callout was $125. Once the plumber had my $125 in hand, the price kept climbing. Suddenly it was $545 to $995 for leak detection, and I ended up paying $620 for roughly ten minutes of actual work. He talked up special rented equipment to find the leak underground. Update on my previous review 5 months ago....Just to let everyone know if you were ripped off by PlumbDOG Plumbing and their Director / owner like we were and they have taken your hard-earned money from you but delivered nothing then dispute the transaction with your bank, particularly if you paid them using a credit card. I just received the full amount back ($2000.34) from my bank after disputing the transaction. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!. On 6 September 2023 we had a Plumber (Mike) from Plumbdog Plumbing attend our residence to replace a cold water relief valve. Replaced by apprentice and 10 minute cost $477 (extremely expensive). Then she was advised we needed a new Rheem Stellar 330 hot water system as ours was ruined and sould cease working.
