I was traveling 6 hours from home when a ball valve and nipple snapped off on my water tank. Eric got me a new valve and brass connectors in 20 minutes and got me back on the road. Very helpful

Pros - Chris Lamping was helpful when I went into the showroom, to pick out shower walls, a tub, and fixtures for our bathroom renovation. Finished product is beautiful, now that we've FINALLY got it. Cons - Chris also wrote up the bid incorrectly (shower walls in wrong color) and we wound up getting incorrect product that we waited 4-5 weeks for. This caused significant delays in our project. Also, when they had the incorrect product removed from our home, they caused significant damage marks all along our stairway wall. Wh... read more
For OTR deliveries dock in first dock on arrival then go inside. There are no signs to tell you that but they get all pissy if you don't. Receiving docks rear of building. Very small yard, minimal room to maneuver. Fairly quick to unload.
