Pros - Chris Lamping was helpful when I went into the showroom, to pick out shower walls, a tub, and fixtures for our bathroom renovation. Finished product is beautiful, now that we've FINALLY got it. Cons - Chris also wrote up the bid incorrectly (shower walls in wrong color) and we wound up getting incorrect product that we waited 4-5 weeks for. This caused significant delays in our project. For OTR deliveries dock in first dock on arrival then go inside. There are no signs to tell you that but they get all pissy if you don't. Receiving docks rear of building. Very small yard, minimal room to maneuver. Fairly quick to unload.
