I am a contractor and I can tell you this is by far the best Supply house in the metro area. They’ve got the resources and the knowledge to get you set up correctly. I can also comfortably send customers here to look at their showroom to pick out their own fixtures and products. Big shout out to Eric who always takes the time to get me taken care the right way regardless if it’s $5 or $5000
I went there looking for a thermocouple for a State water heater. I get there and one of the guys asks if he could help me. I showed the guy what I needed and told him what it was for. He told me they don't deal with State water heaters. I told him that there are other waterheaters made by the same company that will work. He told me we don't have any way to cross reference parts. They had a shipment brought in, but they wouldn't let them drive into a warm, vacant warehouse to unload a 40 fit HotShot trailer. And it was -10F outside.

Sent my 'newbie' son for plumbing help to transition from specialty cast iron to pvc for toilet drain. He was treated with respect, was given the info he needed without condescending attitudes and had a solution when he walked out. He was very impressed and I've found a great plumbing supply site
