From the moment I called, their team was professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive. They scheduled my appointment quickly and arrived right on time. The plumber, Ed, was knowledgeable, efficient, and took the time to clearly explain what the issue was and how it would be fixed. Would definitely recommend John From Plump Rite plumbing anytime. Top notch work, friendly guy and great customer service. Mike was great also updating me on the service schedule. Updating my review as Google doesn't let you post another different review from same account. Had a leaking shower arm from behind the wall and Angelos was very professional and very detailed in explaining everything. A+ work.
