They got back to us right away and got to our home in a timely manner Very professional and knowledgeable workers, knew what was wrong within two minutes and fixed it in under a half hour. Happy with the service, they cleaned up after themselves and our basement stopped flooding
I hired Plumb-it to deal with a clogged section of sewer drain in my home. When Plumb-it arrived, there was an experienced technician and a trainee. They pair were here for two hours and at least 45 minutes of that time the trainee was struggling to use the equipment and needed assistance from the experienced technician to get the auger unstuck. Just wanted to say we had a plumbing emergency with a frozen pipe behind some drywall and I got the name of a plumber from this group on Facebook. I have to say Scott at Plumb-it Inc @ 630-544-7162 really knows customer service. He took my call pretty early this am and asked me to describe what was going on. Plumb-It came out to replace my water heater very quickly. The service technician explained how the unit worked and answered my questions. They were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely call them with any future needs.
Plumb-it is an affordable and reliable answer to any plumbing needs. The workers are professional and will work with you for a solution. The company was recommended to me and I've since recommended Plumb-it to countless friends and family. Everyone was very satisfied with their work.
If you want to be charged double than definitely go with them. We were quoted $375 for garbage disposal and instillation; and don’t forget about the extra $7.50 they charge you if you use a credit card. Heads up folks- the garbage disposal is $99 and Home Depot charges $119 for installation while Sears charges $99 for installation. SAVE YOUR MONEY!
Great first time experience with these guys, they were able to fix the problem that no one else could! I would highly recommend them.
