Just wanted to say we had a plumbing emergency with a frozen pipe behind some drywall and I got the name of a plumber from this group on Facebook. I have to say Scott at Plumb-it Inc @ 630-544-7162 really knows customer service. He took my call pretty early this am and asked me to describe what was going on.
