Great place, great people!!! I have had three pieces designed here and they nailed it!!! Had to add on to this review seeing as how I just got engaged with a ring my fiancé picked out and it's incredible!!!! To die for! Wish I could post a picture on here of it!!!!!! Highly recommend! We decided to have our ring custom made by the staff. They walked us though the entire process, were patient with my changes, and supporting though the entire process. I am in love with my ring!
Austin and his staff are amazing! They designed a ring for me a few years ago - and I continue to get compliments every time I wear it. A friend of mine, who knows how much I love Plumb Gold, decided to travel to Racine from lake country to have a one of a kind piece made for his wife. His experience was exceptional and he can't wait to see the finished product! I am going to have a few items reset / redone - I just love the design process with Austin and his team!!
