DO NOT USE. Hired Plumb Doctors Inc and owner Andrew David Kendall for an emergency grinder pump replacement on 6/9/2026. He demanded a $5,500 deposit upfront via Zelle to purchase the pump core, which was paid. He cancelled the scheduled work, failed to show up, and has completely cut off all phone, text, and email communication, leaving our residence without functioning sewer utilities. This is unfortunate. Plumb Doctors used to be great. We've had them come out and do a fair amount of work for our house, including a serious middle of the night emergency repair. But our opinion has soured over the past couple of months. Most recently, Plumb Doctors installed a FlowTech device to help with hard water gumming up a special valve we had installed. Beyond disappointing- said they would be out this morning. Around 11:30am I called to confirm they were still coming, and was told the technician would be here in about an hour. Another hour went by, I called again- this time no one picked up and I was sent to a full mailbox. I even tried 2 more times in case that was a fluke- same message. I wish I had searched reviews by “most recent” as it seems this place does not have any positive reviews in the last 7 months. Do not call!!

Deeply disappointing!!!! Find another company. They were THE best. Last week they called and cancelled last minute, no showed the next day and won’t answer my messages. Thanksgiving w/one less toilet. Thanks a lot. Marc is always professional yet personable. He is a complete wiz at diagnosing and solving any problem! I have owned houses in 6 states and Marc’s knowledge exceeds any plumber I have worked with by far!!!!!
