Saturday 12/20/14, my elderly mother-n-law's two toilets were backed up, overflowed onto the floor and was backing up into the tub. I called and spoken to a man that said he was making calls tomorrow starting at nine o'clock. Asked if he could recommend someone. He said that I would be overcharged or dissatisfiedwith their service and he insisted that I wait for him tomorrow. No way this could have waited! She has to stay in her home medically, and she has to be able to use her bathroom!!! SERIOUSLY!!
