Emergency room staff, I would like to extend my gratitude to the staff in the Emergency room for the wonderful attention you all paid to my Wife Pauline when she fell down the stairs at our summer home in Greenhorn Creek Ranch, Nothing was broken but she was treated better at your hospital than at our regular HMO in Los Angeles County.
