Jacki has done wonders to my hair. She listened to exactly what I wanted. I got a balayage. She took her time.. She just nailed this look for me and my haircut is perfect. If you see this Thank you I love my hair again.
I have to agree with Chrissy200 about most of the reviews being written by staff members. If I could give my experience at Plum Tree Salon & Spa a negative star, I would! I have NEVER had a haircut I was more disappointed about in my life and I'm pretty easy going about my hair...after all, hair grows. It's not that it's a bad cut - for someone else (like a Stepford wife) - it's that Cindy, one of the owners, just didn't listen.
