Scott and Terry were fantastic. We went under contract quickly, and unfortunately the first buyer had to cancel due to a personal issue. Within 48 hours, Scott and Terry had us back under contract. Everything went smooth, they answered all of our questions and communicated effectively. We highly recommend their services.
See there response is a perfect example of how they do business. We never 'Failed' an inspection. Scott tried telling us we had a gas leak, that we never had. Had no care to represent us, just wanted money. No accountability, yes they can see what we sold for but no ANY of the deal structure.
