Loaded 6 hours past appointment and shipping guy was rude
Long wait. My appt was at 1 pm and 3 pm still waiting. I asked for an update and they said product is not even ready. They skipped my appt with the next appts. Why would you schedule a load if it is not even ready? Now I won't make delivery on time because it is a 24 hour run with my delivery appt at 2 pm the next day.
