Excellent service. My garage door was completely off the track and I was unable to lower it. Wes came out and it had it closing and working correctly with in an hour. �
We had our garage door fixed & a lock release installed in the event that we lost power. We appreciated being able to access our garage when we thought we'd have to evacuate last week. Thank you!!!
Wes and the crew at Plum Lift-A-Door are the best! They are always quick to respond and have proven trustworthy in the work they do. They are great at problems solving and thinking outside the box, they are thorough and well thought through in what they do and how they do it!
Had an almost-broken cable on one side, called them up, and they were out the next day. Really friendly employee, worked very fast, good price, and gave me unasked-for tips on how to maintain a good garage door in the future. Excellent all-around!
Just a note that the Plum brothers sold the business about two years ago but I agree that the new owners do a great job. I had them work on my door recently and I agree with others that work and price were fine.
Well, first of all, I didn't realize that plum lift a door did commercial work! I was in a bind and called my guy "Andrew Burke" and not only did he say they now specialize in commercial work... He was at my office ten minuets later!! Now, tell me that's not the best service ever! My overhead door was not able to close with the remote (due to a little accident we had) but Andrew and his guy Wes took care of it in no time. Just had 2 single doors installed. The process was too easy. I emailed them my specs and I got an email quote the same day. Price was way cheaper then Lowe's and on par with the exact same door from another local company. Wes, the owner, came over in the pouring rain at 7am in the morning to measure and inspect in person. Both of my doors need customization, but both came out great. They came the day they said they would and got the job done the same day. Would recommend them to anyone thats what a great customer experience!
