Amazing Doctor. Care about his patients.
Dr. Thomas cares about the community he serves from the medical school he graduated from and their students to the city of Detroit and its patients. You would be hard pressed to find someone who cares more about you as a person, friend, or patient!
I’m terrified of doctors. I’ve had such a bad experience before that I had to get therapy. My wife was telling me about Dr. Raquel Orlich for a while. I was nervous but she made me feel at home. I’m glad to say I finally found a doctor. This place is clean and everyone is so patient and polite. I love this place.

I love this model. Dr Roquel listened to my issues and took a different path from what was tried before. A day later I seem to be improving but this is a long term issue so I hope this can be under control. I was very happy to find out the cost of routine bloodwork. I was scammed at my last doctor (Barry S Meyer, in Warren) he charged me $275 and didn't let me know the cost before hand. Dr. Paul (on call!) is just that. One call away from fantastic medical advice. Or text. Or email. Or carrier pigeon. Dr. Paul truly makes himself available. He’s a great doctor in the Detroit area.

Plum Health's membership model assures that patients have affordable care and plenty of time with the doctor to discuss their concerns - 2 things that patients often have to compromise at typical health care practices. Both Dr. Paul and Dr. Raquel are caring, reliable, and knowledgeable. The office is vibrant & modern, making for a pleasant environment. You are in excellent hands! Highly recommend.
I absolutely love these guys! Dr. Raquel has been nothing short of phenomenal. She's very thorough and has the best "bed side manner." All and all- she cares. There are doctors that have lost that touch due to all the quality measures and standards that are put in place while practicing medicine, but here it's very different. I'd recommend Plum Health DPC to anyone. I'm grateful for Dr. Althea P. Tyndall-Smith's excellent referral. Althea, they are definitely just as remarkable as you. Thank ya'll for everything.
